Refund and Return Policy

At Tamco, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility: You may return an item within 2 days of receiving your order if it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Some items may be excluded from returns for reasons of hygiene or risk of contamination.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@tamco.co.ke with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning your item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return after inspection.
Refunds
1. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2.Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This may occur in the case of items that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts.
3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@tamco.co.ke.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
